Leela Wati Divyang Pathshala The Hearing Impaired & Mentally Challenged

Currently, 35 disabled children are doing education here. 14 children are hearing impaired educators are there to provide education to the hearing impaired & mentally challenged. The education is being imparted from Nursery to Grade V.

Three years of pre-education is being provided before grade 1st primarily speech and language are being taught during these three years for hearing impaired children.

The Oral–Aural method is being followed to train hearing impaired students. There is sound treated room and psycho therapy room available in the School to impart speech therapy, psycho therapy and to assess the hearing and mentally capacity of the students.

‘C’ shape has been accepted for the class rooms furniture of our hearing impaired children in the pattern. Education is being provided free of cost to the hearing impaired & mentally challenged students. Behind the Ear (BTE) hearing aids and muscular kits have been secured for the students during the year.

Women Empowerment

Promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others. Opened training center for women’s to learn tailoring to be more empower. Empowered women’s with Iron Lady Awards.

Vocational Trainings & Job Assistance

Vocational training focuses on developing technical skills for a specific trade. We offers practical knowledge in contrast to theoretical knowledge offered by the conventional formal education system with help of companies. Understanding different vocational training options helps disabled to choose the right one for their career growth and development.
